Gates Open
Friday: Athletes Entrance opens at 2:00 PM. First races goes off at 4:00 PM Spectators entrance will be open at 3:00 PM
Saturday: Athletes Entrance opens at 7:15 AM. First races goes off at 9:00 AM. First Field event at 8:30 AM Spectators entrance will be open at 8:00 AM
Team Seating
You can sit on either side of the stadium. Tent should only be on the top rows of the bleachers so they do not block others from watching races. Please do not set up team areas on the finish line side from the 30 yard line to the finish or we will ask you to move. We want to leave this area free for parents and other spectators
Warm-up
We will allow warm-ups on the field (not on the track) but no team areas can be set up there. Please make sure runners do not cross the finish line/Camera and stay clear of the start gun . No Food Drinks besides water allowed anywhere on the track or infield only in the stands or walk way areas around stands
Scratches and Changes
If you have any scratches let us know at the check-in table ASAP as it make it easier when we know not to wait on a runner. We try to avoid last minute changes or adds but if you have some let us know ASAP and we can see what we can do. Again the idea is to make this inclusive for all runners
Spectator Parking
Parking for all spectators will be school parking lot west of the Stadium off of Hawes St. Parking is free.
Spectators and Admission
Admission charge is $5 for spectators. Children under 12 are $3. All spectators should enter on the West side of the stadium. Spectators may sit anywhere in the stadium but we will set aside the 30 yards near the start/finish line for spectator so they can see the finishes up close! NO Drinks or food allowed anywhere on the track only the stands
Bus Drop off and Parking
Buses can drop off athletes off same parking lot as spectators off Hawes but looks for signs toward the team check-in and entrance different that the spectator entrance. Bus parking will be on Hawes behind stands on street itself. Buses can just park there and offload team from there as well. Just might a slightly longer walk to athlete entrance.
Coaches on the Field
All coaches are allowed on the infield. We just ask you be careful with runners warming up so there are no collisions ( I know I've come close a few times )
Spike Information
3/16" spikes are the allowable spike to use at this stadium. You will be checked upon lining up for your heat. If you have any doubts ask ahead of time at the check in canopy. Spikes will be sold for $2.00 a set
Check-In
Check in will be located near the finish line on the infield. Please have runners check-in at least 20 min prior to their heat. First call will be called about 45 min beforehand. It’s best to pick-up hip stickers and check-in early then continue warm-up. NOTE: we will try to keep meet on schedule and announce if it falls behind.
Medals and Race Finishes
At the conclusion of each race all runners should stay in order lined up as directly by met officials until they are released so we can make sure every runners gets an accurate time. Runners will be given medals immediately while they are lined up
Results
Results will be posted after each event on the results board located near the Snack Shack area. Final results will be posted on Athletic.net after the completion of the meet.
T-Shirts and Snack Shack
T-Shirts will be on sale for $10! and a full Snack shack will be open from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Food vendors will be on site. Don’t forget 2 free meal tickets per full team.
Safety
Last but not least safety comes first. Make sure runners are not wearing earphones anywhere in the track area. Also when doing strides pay attention to your surrounds
